Dali was a great bartender. Young, but knows his stuff! The selection of bourbons and whiskey here is top notch. I got to try some new stuff as well as discontinued. Highly recommend and I know I’ll be back.

Fantastic bar. Best corpse reviver no. 2 I've ever tasted and it keeps me coming back. Bartenders are friendly and knowledgeable, vibe is welcoming and warm. Not a cheap dive but worth every penny. Check it out!

Dali was our server/bartender and he gave me and my fiancé amazing service. He also made us absolutely incredible cocktails! Next time we are at the waterfront, we are definitely gonna go back. 10 out of 10! Plus the history of the bar/hotel is incredible. I wish I could see this place when it was a speakeasy

Rob is the owner and Rob is awesome in every way. If you are a person that appreciates the nuances of quality and perfection, then you need to come and visit The Diller Room. The selection they have is remarkable and the attention to detail is notable. The process by which Rob selects their product for the customer is spot on, and it’s noticeable in every sip. Come here, sit back, relax, and enjoy the fruits of their work. Thanks Rob!!

Visiting Seattle for a work trip. Decided to check out the Dillar Room. Dalibor took care of us. He's fantastic: Courteous; attentive; knowledgeable; and hospitable. The establishment has an excellent collection of spirits including bourbons, tequilas, gins, vodkas, rums, etc... Turned out to be a fantastic. I had a few Old Fashioneds and my wife had some Negronis. We had such a good time that we went back the next day. I decide to do a tequila tasting. They had the coveted Forteleza. I ordered reposado neats of Don Fulano, Forteleza, Ocho, and El Tesoro. Expecting Forteleza to outshine the rest, I was surprised at the taste and quality of El Tesoro. The best of the set. Can't wait for the next trip. We'll be sure to visiting again. Such a great place!

Wow!! Alex our really welcoming and engaging bartender made the drinks 🍹 perfectly, came to chat with us which is a pleasure these days. Really neat history, and atmosphere. A definite stop for a chill yet vintage elegant vibe and down to earth friendly people. Thank You Alex!!

What a great experience. Michters flight was a delight. Dali was an incredible bartender, mixed excellent cocktails and made great conversation. Their selection of bourbon was unmatched. Atmosphere was solid. Would definitely visit again.

Wow!! This place is so amazing! Everything seems so well thought out by the owner and management. You can tell they take pride in their selection as well as their service. I was welcomed in with such brilliant hospitality and the bartenders and staff took time to have friendly meaningful conversations about the whiskeys. My favorite quote of the night by staff was “whiskey is best the way you like to drink it”. No judgement or snobby attitude whatsoever. Absolutely will be back! Other Seattle businesses should take note, this is customer service done right!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Diller Room is an absolute gem. They have an excellent whiskey selection, and the cocktails are genuinely outstanding—creative, well-balanced, and clearly made with care. What really made the experience stand out was the genuine hospitality. Neno, the bartender, was fantastic—knowledgeable, welcoming, and made the whole night feel personal and relaxed. Great atmosphere, great drinks, and a truly memorable experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!

The Diller Room is an absolute gem for whiskey lovers. Their selection is unreal — deep, thoughtful, and full of bottles you just don’t see anywhere else. I finally checked off one of my bucket‑list pours: Pappy 13‑year rye, and it was every bit as incredible as I hoped. Talking with Robert, the owner, made the experience even better. He’s knowledgeable, welcoming, and clearly passionate about curating one of the best whiskey lineups in the city. If you’re a fan of anything under the Sazerac/Buffalo Trace umbrella, this place has you covered — they seem to have every label you can think of. Highly recommend stopping in, whether you’re chasing a unicorn pour or just want a great conversation over a great whiskey.
